To move files to the shared drive from MyDrive Please Do the following;


1. On your device, go to drive.google.com.

2. Find the File you wish to move over

2a. Make a copy of the file if you wish to retain the original in MyDrive

3. Expand the File tree on the left-hand side by selecting "Shared Drives"

4. Go through the tree until you find the destination you wish to place the file (You will have access to place the files in the Faculties you teach within, cover work, and the general folder)

5. Select the blue "Move" button to confirm the moving of the file

If you wish to move a file from a location on the shared drive to another location on the shared drive, please use the above steps but start in the location of the file you wish to move on the shared drive.
