1.  Go to this website: https://hvs-voip01:5001/webclient
2. You login with your extension number, and the password. Both will be emailed out to you if you have a phone. 
3. Once in, you will see a list of avaliable numbers that you are able to call via the web app.
4. You can view you voicemail by clicking the tab on the left. To listen to a voicemail press the 'Play On Phone' icon to the right of the entry. This will call you phone and web client, in which you will need to answer to listen to the recording. If you would like to download and save a voicemail for any reason, there is also a button next to it to download the audio file. 
5. If you go to 'Settings > BLF Settings' You can change the blf fields on the physical phone.   
6.  If you would prefer, you will be able to download the 3CX app on your phone, and can take all of your calls from your mobile instead. You will need to scan the QR code in the webclient, on your phone to sync your user between the 2 devices.
