There are multiple ways of checking your voicemail.
- On your physical phone
- Sent to you via e-mail
- On the WebClient
- On the mobile App
On your Physical phone:
1. Click the 'Mail' button on your phone.
2. Enter your Voicemail Pin, then the '#' key. (The pin will have been emailed to you.)
3. Follow the prompts to delete/save your messages.
Sent to you via E-mail
We can set it up on our end to email your voicemails to your account.
This can be set to leave the voicemail messages where they are and send you a copy or just send you a copy. Unless you ask for something different we will set it to just send you a copy.
You will also find a transcription of the message although this should not be relied upon.

On the WebClient:
Once you are signed in to the web client, there will be a tab on the left-hand side, which will list all available voicemails and give you options to play it (By calling you and playing it over the phone), to download the audio file, call the person back and delete the voicemail.
On the Phone App:
Click on the voicemail tab on the bottom right, and you will be given a similar list to the one in the web client. If you click on the message name it will play the message on your phone. You have also got options to download and delete the message and call the person back who left the voicemail.
