Here is a quick guide to be able to sign in to your school account on IOS devices.

Due to Google's policy about having work data on your own personal devices, this is needed in case your device gets lost or stolen. It will allow us to wipe the school's data off of your device, without touching any of your personal data.

If you choose to install this on your phone, the school or Google will be unable to see any of your personal data on your device, only the data connected to your school account. 

Firstly, sign into your google account via Gmail, Google Drive, Classroom etc.. 

It will then pop up with this box, asking to download a 'Google Devive Policy'. 

It will then direct you to install this app from the app store:

Once you open it it will ask you to install the profile, by clicking the blue arrow on the right. 

It will take you to this web page, to which you can click allow. 

Once you have allowed this it will let you know a page has opened in your IOS device settings, called profile download, which will prompt this box to be installed.

Once this has been installed you should now be able to access Gmail, Google Drive, Classroom etc...
